Chaman Bhartiya School is affiliated with ICSE and authorised to offer the IB Middle Years Program (MYP) and the IB Diploma Program (DP). The school is also accredited to deliver the Cambridge International A Levels Program for Grades 11 and 12.

For Parushni Aggarwal Gupta, design has always gone beyond the idea of four walls, furniture, or colour palettes. It has always been about people, and how spaces can shape the way they live, feel, and grow.
Beginning her academic journey with an undergraduate degree in Economics, she later pursued her true passion for design at the prestigious Parsons School of Design. Since then, she has carried this belief through every chapter of her journey. As the Founder & Creative Director of Studio CREO, she has introduced India to some of the world’s most iconic design brands — building not just studios, but experiences that empower, inspire, and make people feel at home.
For Parushni, this school is more than a place of learning. It is a legacy named after her grandfather, a continuation of values passed down through generations.
Nestled within Bhartiya City, the school is a living ecosystem where children are nurtured not just as students, but as future leaders. It is here that she draws on her perspective as both a designer and a mother of two, deeply understanding that true education means building curiosity,empathy, resilience, and the courage to dream audaciously. She often shares stories of her interactions with the students, moments that reflect their confidence, and sense of self-belief. It is this spark of leadership and courage that truly represents the ethos of the school.
At the heart of her journey lies a simple belief that learning never ends. Her influence extends far beyond classrooms and design studios. As part of the leadership behind Bhartiya City, one of Bengaluru’s most ambitious integrated townships, Parushni has played a vital role in weaving sustainability, design thinking, and culture into the very fabric of community life.
Through every role she plays, designer, leader, entrepreneur and custodian of a family legacy, Parushni stands as proof that when creativity meets purpose, it doesn't just transform spaces, it transforms lives.

Allan Andersen
Director
"What’s important is for the teacher to talk less and let students work more."
Originally from Denmark, Allan Andersen has over four decades of experience in education and leadership.A pioneer in open and technology-driven learning, he founded Oerestad High School in Copenhagen, the world's first fully digital school.
At CBS, he helped shape our unique curriculum, integrating leadership into every stage of learning. His philosophy is simple: schools must prepare students not just to pass exams, but to find purpose and thrive in an ever-changing world.
Inspired by educators like Gandhi, Tagore, and Vivekananda, he aims to shape students who can thrive in a rapidly changing, uncertain world. He combines India's strong tradition of academic excellence with Scandinavian approaches to holistic development, emphasizing curiosity, creativity, and practical learning.

At CBS, Geeta Jayanth’s leadership is shaped by a clear vision of education that prepares learners not just for examinations, but for life. Drawing from over 25 years of experience across international and national curricula — including IB, Cambridge, A Levels, and ICSE — she brings a global outlook rooted in strong educational practice.
Her work is shaped by extensive international exposure and her roles on the Advisory Boards of the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and IE Business School, Spain — experiences that have strengthened her belief in education that is both rigorous and deeply human-centred. She is also an authorised IBEN Evaluation Leader, leading evaluations for IB schools across the world.
She strongly believes that leadership in education is about creating environments where learners feel safe to explore, question, and grow. For her, meaningful education shapes character, nurtures responsibility, and helps young people find purpose in an ever-evolving world
