French Facilitator

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic French Facilitator to join our international school community. As a French Facilitator, you will support the language development of students in French, promoting linguistic and cultural competence. You will work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create an immersive and engaging language learning environment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Language Support: Provide language support to students in French, adapting to their individual needs and proficiency levels. 2. Language Development: Assist in developing students' language skills through interactive activities, conversations, and cultural events. 3. Curriculum Support : Planning and implementing French language curriculum and activities. 4. Cultural Immersion: Organize and facilitate cultural events, activities, and experiences to promote French language and culture. 5. Assessment and Feedback: Assist in assessing student language proficiency and providing feedback to students and teachers. 6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and language development. 7. To ensure Academic excellence, it is essential to stay informed about updates to the French curriculum and communicate relevant changes and improvements to students in a timely manner. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, including IB workshops and other relevant training. Contribute to the school’s commitment to the IB philosophy and continuous improvement. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and respect. Manage classroom dynamics and support students with diverse Learning needs. Requirements: 1. Native or near-native fluency in French and having experience in working in International Schools 2. Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or related field 3. Teaching certification or experience in language instruction 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in language teaching 2. Knowledge of language learning methodologies and frameworks 3. Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge)

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in teaching Social Sciences/Geography in International schools. Added Advantage : 1. Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods used in ICSE/IB schools, IB DP/ Cambridge International AS & A Levels 2. Admission Counselor

Admission Counselor Roles & Responsibilities: Admission Counselor(temporary) Counselling parents and addressing their queries regarding admissions and academic programs and Converting admissions. Assisting with documentation and maintaining accurate records. Conducting campus tours for prospective Admissions. Making fresh and follow-up calls to ensure effective communication with leads and existing contacts. Participating in online and offline promotional activities. Managing the infirmary in the nurse’s absence, ensuring smooth operations. Supporting front desk operations when required, including visitor handling and administrative assistance.
